I have too many hobbies to mention, but I am usually in the kitchen concocting all sorts of herbal products, canning, preserving, or cooking.

I love weightlifting, running, hiking, boating, gardening, and motorcycle riding with my husband.

Reading and writing serve as my therapy, and nature is my religion.

We deserve to be happy and healthy, and it is possible by eating real food that is minimally processed, connecting with nature, and moving our bodies.
